Satisfaction Guarantee

Please notify us immediately at 512-773-2674 of any damaged puzzle. If you are missing any pieces, please call 512-773-2674. We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving the order. Simply re-package the complete and undamaged puzzle you want to return along with the corresponding packing slip and contact Debbie at 512-773-2674. where you will be given a return authorization and address to ship it to. Upon receipt of returned puzzle, we will reimburse you for the amount that applies to the item(s) along with any applicable sales tax. Shipping and handling charges will not be reimbursed unless the return is a result of our error or the product is defective.



 Please Note That A Giant Floor Puzzle is a thick sturdy item, and comes in a protective box for storage. Your package will be quite heavy, and we do not mark-up our shipping costs.
